Open Positions
Lead Business Entity & Data Modeler
Description: This role requires a senior individual that has experience
performing logical entity modeling for complex business environments.
Knowledge of the insurance or banking industries is necessary.
The individual will work with business analysis and application
architecture teams to ensure business level entity models can
integrated with business rules specifications and translatable
into a rules-driven service-oriented business process management
technology environment.
Senior Business Rules & Workflow Process Architect
The individual must be able to apply analytic approaches
necessary to be able to enable greater business control of business
behavior within automation solutions. These analytic approaches
include: Business Entity, Business Judgment, Business Event and
Workflow modeling. Business rules underlie all of these approaches
but business rules analytics must be performed in conjunction
with all these elements. This individual for this position needs
to be familiar with business rule and workflow techniques, as
well as having broad business modeling experience and firm technology
background.
Application Architect
This individual is responsible for the managing collaboration
necessary to create and evolve the overall architecture of a business
automation solution. The individual will align needs and responsibilities
across key technology areas and make recommendations to the project
leadership when issues cannot be resolved. The role requires that
an individual have a broad range of experience in both technology
and operations in order to be able to properly balance the goals
of the various technology sub-teams and the project leadership
making appropriate tradeoffs.
Senior Business Analyst Lead/Mentor
The role of the Senior Business Analyst Lead is to work with the
business analysts to help identify the appropriate application
of business analysis techniques. This role works directly with
the business analysts on projects in order to assure that they
develop a reasonable level of fluency in the usage of key techniques.
This responsibility includes: taking leadership in developing
artifacts at the outset of the project while mentoring individuals
in the techniques being practiced; overseeing business analysts
assigned to the designated projects as they attempt to make use
of these techniques; periodic review of project artifacts with
the group as a whole for learning and quality purposes; tailoring
of capture artifacts to fit the client’s needs; and identification
of training needs that can contribute to a personnel development
plan for business analysts.
Senior Business Analyst
This role is responsible for working directly with business
analysts on projects in order to assure that they develop a reasonable
level of fluency in the usage of the key business analysis techniques.
This responsibility includes: taking leadership in developing
artifacts at the outset of the project while mentoring individuals
in the techniques being practiced.
