Knowledge Transfer

A common goal for all our engagements, regardless of the project scope, is to leave our clients with increased knowledge, skills and autonomy. This transition to independence is a continual process that occurs throughout the project and provides much more than just training at the close of an engagement. Mentoring

One effective method for achieving knowledge transfer is through mentoring. A sponsored mentoring program is the key to effective transition of state of the industry practices, techniques, processes, and tools. Establishing a mentor-mentee relationship, where the mentee lives the experience "hand-in-hand" with the mentor, is essential for effective knowledge transfer. Enterprise Agility mentors work hand-in-hand with their mentees in delivering project artifacts. The mentor, with his/her expertise, leads the facilitation, capture, analysis, and design efforts, but the mentee will do real work and produce artifacts.
