At A Glance
This 2-day course focuses on modeling techniques for developing
business solution specifications. It builds on the use case and
common elicitation techniques while presenting techniques for
both visible and “behind-the-scenes” modeling system
behavior. It also introduces techniques for modeling the underlying
concepts of the system. Finally, it will explain how these techniques
can be combined to assure that a business solution specification
is complete and consistent.

of screen flows – the Navigation Diagram
- Understand and be able to model the various paths through
the system – the Scenario Diagrams
- Understand how and where User Interface design (the look and
feel of the system) relates to the specification
