Through this information-packed ½-day or 1-day workshop, David Heidt and Dan Drislane walk participants through the critical success factors necessary for building a successful Business Analysis Area of Competency (AoC) or Center of Excellence (CoE).

Participants will discover the limitations of current trends within the business analysis discipline and what the key approaches, techniques, and tools can do to improve business analysis capabilities.
