Terms and Conditions for Attending Enterprise Agility's On-Demand e-Learning


These terms and conditions govern the use of Enterprise Agility’s E-Learning Platform and related training courses. By accessing the E-Learning Platform training courses you and your organization accept these terms and conditions.

Licensing, Intellectual Property, Copyright Agreement

Unless otherwise stated, Enterprise Agility (EA) is the owner of the intellectual property contained within the EA e-Learning Platform. This includes all training content, attached exercises and reference material provided. They are subject to the license below and the intellectual property rights are reserved. A license to use the EA E-Learning Platform and a specific training course allows a single named user as assigned by EA to:

View, download, and print pages or other from the website for their own personal use, subject to the following restrictions. They must not:

(a) republish or re-package or use excerpts of the content from the EA e-Learning Platform content in anyway (i.e. this includes the creation of training courses for internal training within an organization);

(b) sell, rent or otherwise sub-license any EA e-Learning Platform content;

(c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit the EA e-Learning Platform content for a commercial purpose; or

(d) edit or otherwise modify EA e-Learning Platform content except for content specifically and expressly made available for modification (i.e. course exercises).

Only a named user authorized through a user id and password assigned by EA can access EA e-Learning Platform content.

Limited Liability

In no event will Enterprise Agility be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruptions, loss of programs or information and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the EA e-Learning Platform or the content contained within it.

Corporate Licensing and Tailoring for In-house Use

A separate agreement will apply for corporate licensing when applicable.
