Through this information-packed ½-day web-based workshop, the instructors walk participants through the critical success factors necessary for building a successful Business Analysis Area of Competency (AoC) or Center of Excellence (CoE). Participants will discover the limitations of current trends within the business analysis discipline and what the key approaches, techniques, and tools can do to improve business analysis capabilities. Also covered in detail in this course are the Business Analysis Maturity Model, Business Analysis Framework, progression strategies, and critical approaches and tools (e.g. project archetypes, mentoring frameworks and organizational structure).
